While lying on the beach with a cocktail in hand is all some folks need to unwind, Naia Resort and Spa has a formidable set of amenities to keep you engaged and active during your vacation. All of the listed amenities below are included with your stay. Enjoy!
50-foot main pool (5ft deep)
Cool off with a drink in hand, swim some leisurely laps, or relax on a pool-side lounger with a book. With the Beach Bar and Grill nearby, food and drinks are readily available for your poolside enjoyment. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

Bicycles
Perfect for exploring the larger 224-acre Naia property! Request a bike at the front desk and enjoy a leisurely ride around the resort and surrounding residential neighborhood. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife: agouti, grey fox, iguanas and the many species of birds that call Naia home.
Water Sports
Kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear are readily available at our water sports building, located near the pier. Traverse the coastline or venture out to the patch reefs of nearby False Caye.
*Note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests participating in marine activities do so at their own risk.
Pickleball courts
Your favorite sport doesn’t need to be on hold while you vacay. Our pickleball court is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Guests must reserve a court in advance at the Concierge Desk in the lobby. Court reservations can be for blocks of either 60 or 90 minutes. Paddles and balls are also available free of charge.
Beach Volleyball
In case you haven’t joined the church of pickleball yet, our beach volleyball net is conveniently located on the beach in front of the main pool.
Hammocks and Beach Lounges
Life is better with the soundtrack of Caribbean waves in your ears and salty sea breeze in your hair. Each beach house at Naia is equipped with beach loungers, located either on the beach, veranda for units with pools, or sometimes both in our multi-bedroom villas. Guests can also request to have a hammock placed near their beach house.
Fitness Center
Keep the gains coming even while you enjoy the beach life. Our fitness center at Naia Resort and Spa boasts more than the typical resort gym. Opened from approximately 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, inside you will find: treadmills, elliptical, chest press machine, seated row, leg extension & leg curl machine, squat/power rack with Olympic bar, cable station and chinning bar, roman chair, and dumbbells ranging from 5-50 lbs.
Yoga and Movement Studio
Find your center at our world class movement and yoga studio. Note that self-practice is complimentary, but scheduled and private classes are charged separately. Visit our Yoga page to find out more.
Shuttles
Naia provides complimentary shuttle transfers to and from the Placencia Municipal Airstrip, for guests arriving and departing via the local airlines. The airstrip is a 10 minute drive from the resort.
For guests wanting to explore Placencia Village, we provide twice daily complimentary shuttles from the resort:
Departing Naia – 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM
Departing Placencia – 2:30 PM & 5:30 PM
Guests requiring transportation outside of the schedule or to locations other than the village, should check with the Concierge Desk. Note that unscheduled shuttles incur a cost based on the destination and number of passengers.
